Great lift at a great price. I had a few install issues and the guys were more than happy to help solve them over the phone. I installed myself the lift is quality material and I definitely feel comfortable under it. The customer service is great. Definitely going through you guys again when I add my next shop onto the property. My 9k lift lifts my ram 2500 with ease.
I had a shipping problem with the shipper and they stabbed my lift with a forklift, looked like most of everything was there (most importantly had the shipper sign for damage) everything else was a breeze because I followed the instructions on in case there was damage in shipping. Top Secret was more accommodating then they had to be. Plus, the second time I had to call and get more parts because I discovered more was damaged then I originally told them. Wasn't a problem, they sent me everything I needed to get my lift up and going with new parts. As for the lift it has worked perfectly and I'm super happy with it, for the money it definitely was worth it. Customer service is a huge plus!
Bought a 9000 lb 4 post a month back, The crew installed it also, Great guys they were there 10 hours to over come a few issues, Very pleased with hoist and crew. Greg Burien
