These figures are not perfectly synonymous: manufacturers define “rise,” “lifting height” and “clearance” differently. Use dimension drawings and manuals for the actual stacked-vehicle calculation.

Certification deserves a model-level check
Do not assume every lift from either brand is ALI-certified. The Automotive Lift Institute states that certification applies only to models bearing the gold label and to approved accessories/configurations. Olympic markets the 2PAS-10 as ALI-certified.
