Everything about buying my lift was great. Fast shipping and no problems picking it up from the trucking terminal. I assembled it myself, and the instructions were good. It did have a problem lifting cars, and wouldn't lift my truck. I emailed Jared and we found that one of the 110v supply lines didn't have power. After fixing that, the lift works perfectly. I am glad I purchased from Olympic, I can only imagine trying to get help to fix the lift if I had bought from someone else.
