Having never dealt with Olympic Equipment I was unsure of what to expect for support. I had a small hiccup with the lift and in talking with Aaron he assured me they would resolve the issue and make it right. Jonathan from the service department returned my call, walked me through the process and the issue was corrected in less than five minutes. The 12K lift raised our 8500# Ram without hesitation to my delight. Both Aaron and Jonathan were very reassuring and resolved the issue. If in the future, I needed additional equipment, without hesitation, I would purchase from Olympic Equipment knowing back their products.
After researching 2 post lifts, I chose one from Olympic-Equipment. There were several reasons. They are here in Western Washington. They can deliver and install it. They keep a fully stocked warehouse and have technicians that can respond for repairs. They had a lift in stock that met my needs. I'm a hobbyist and work on a variety of different sized vehicles and trailers. My needs are: capacity to lift HD 1 ton trucks, width to fit trailers, adjustable arms for narrow framed vehicles. This needs to be in a package that fits my space. My choice was the 2PBP-12. This is a 12,000 lb, wide bay, base plate lift. It has performed perfectly! I've lifted HD trucks, jeeps, trailers and cars. The lift is built heavy. All the welds look great and it's finish is very nice. Olympic-Equipment also sells shop equipment. My suggestion is that no matter what lift you purchase, also get two support stands for safety. They delivered mine along with the lift. Saving me money on shipping. Happy Wrenching!
